Falcon DMV Construction is owned and run by Rodolfo Romero and based at 2624 Sherman Avenue Northwest in Washington DC. We remodel bathrooms, kitchens, basements and whole homes — and we build additions when there is simply no room left to reconfigure.
What we do differently is unremarkable and it matters enormously: we put the full scope in writing before demolition starts. You see exactly what is included, what is not, and what it costs. If we open a wall and find rotted subfloor or a notched joist, we show it to you and price the correction before touching it — it never turns up as a line item on a final invoice.
We are a single accountable crew, not a broker handing your job to whoever is available. Demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile and finish work are sequenced by us, and permits and inspections in DC, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Arlington and Fairfax are ours to manage.
We work within 30 miles of Sherman Avenue, across 15 core service areas. That is close enough that site visits are easy and follow-up after the job is finished actually happens.
